Here at Veroblue the entire quality process is taken care by experience quality assurance teams who manage all phases of product production using well planned and designed quality systems. Our team conducts s inspection on basic s of AQL parameters. Testing & protocol are all negotiated at the time of finalizing order.
Through the setting of quality standards which allows us to takes care of risk analysis & building quality rigor ensures buyer expectation are always met. By maintaining quality control we ensure there are no surprises in store for the client. We conduct quality check up at three crucial stages as Initial, middle & final inspections; these are accompanied by regular day to day visits at the manufacturing sites by our expert quality persons. To ensure no hide & seek is being done from manufacturer end inspections are done randomly, carton wise, size & some time color wise.
Same follow ups are done for fabric & trims that are to be used in the product for production. Required tests as color fastness, durability, wear & tear, print & dyes bleeding etc. are pre checked before pushing them in production.
